MVP

I work for Dell as a Technical Strategist in our Global Services organization. I work with New Product Introduction readiness and strategy, as well as serve as a technical subject matter expert for Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and other cloud technologies.

Prior to this role (2018) I served as a senior point of escalation for Microsoft technologies with Dell’s ProSupport & Consulting Services customers. I specialized in Exchange, Office 365, & Directory Services. I was also responsible for internal training development & delivery; as well as managing various projects. I’m a Microsoft Certified Master in Exchange 2010 & a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master in Exchange 2013. I enjoy getting to work with a wide variety of customers, as it allows me to assist in resolving the various complexities & challenges they encounter. I try to use that experience to help others in the IT community. I co-founded an Exchange Server community on Reddit (Reddit.com/r/ExchangeServer) where I answer questions on the product & help lead discussion around Exchange/Office 365. You’ll also find me blogging at exchangemaster.wordpress.com on Exchange troubleshooting related matters, along with my colleagues from Dell ProSupport (and fellow Microsoft Certified Masters) Jedidiah Hammond & Ron He. This is my personal blog for non-troubleshooting related topics. I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife Lindsay, am a Texas Longhorns/Houston Texans/Houston Astros fan, & try to sneak out onto a golf course every chance I get.

Below are a few Microsoft Ignite breakout sessions and panel discussions I’ve previously presented:
